
Steve Klimaszewski works mainly with individuals and families who want to focus on maintaining a quality of life while working and throughout retirement. He believes in building personal relationships and creates a financial plan by listening to his client's short and long-term goals. His goal is to help clients achieve confidence, regardless of economic and financial conditions, by taking an educational approach to income distribution planning.
With over twenty-five years in financial services, Steve has the experience and the knowledge of managing a client's emotions and expectations through different market and economic cycles. His firm, J Matrik Wealth Management, specializes in distribution planning for retirees and pre-retirees. The strategies they employ, helps clients allocate their investments across the various time periods that occur in retirement and enables them to achieve a peace of mind and the opportunity to grow their wealth.
Steve attended the University of Colorado and is a Certified Financial Planner® graduate from the College of Financial Planning, Denver, Colorado, and a Certified Funds Specialist graduate from the Institute of Business and Finance, LaJolla, California. Steve teaches Retirement Planning for Lakeland Schools Continuing Education in Shrub Oak, NY and Chappaqua Continuing Education in Chappaqua, NY.
When he is not working with clients, Steve enjoys spending time travelling with his wife, Linda and visiting their three grown children scattered across the United States. He is an accomplished runner, having completed six marathons, and is an avid reader, skier, golfer and enjoys professional sports.
